How to use
Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.
If your sleep is disrupted, apply 2 – 3 sprays of Magnesium Sleep Body Spray direction to the areas of concern (often the calf or the feet) and massage in.
For severe, restlessness, Magnesium Sleep Body Spray can be combined with Magnesium Flakes and Magnesium Sleep Lotion to build the perfect pre-sleep routine
