Directions
Every day, preferably in the morning.
In the bath: pour a few drops into the bathtub and run the water (maximum temperature: 37°C). Stay in the bath for 10 minutes to breathe in the aromatic vapours and invigorate the skin and mind.In the shower: apply to wet skin and rinse.
