It is recommended to brush your teeth for 2 minutes, twice daily, and replace your toothbrush head every 3 months.
Apply a pea sized amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush and brush as normal. Can be used morning and night.

Warnings:
Contains Sodium Fluoride 0.32% w/w (1450 ppm F). For adult use only. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes; rinse immediately if product comes into contact with them. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
